Oh... no problem... but i don't know how to give you some tips...
i used photoshop and make vectors.. with the pen tool... it's like drawing the characters again so that they look better.. more colorfull and detailed..
but if you have never done a wallpaper i suggest you to start extracting the characters instead of vectoring cause making vectors is more difficult...
extracting is like cutting the scan... (instead of making your own new picture with vectors)... you use the original scan and place it on the wallpaper that you made...
here is a tutorial for extraction so that you can see.. the diference... is that you use the original scan here, you cut it and get rid of the back...

and in vectors you draw your own image using the scan as a guide... but when you finish it... you can get rid of the scan, understand?... the final image is your own draw instead of the scan...

Not a Bleach watcher..but still..wanna say that the background is very nice one. The spiral though well made..seems to take away some focus away from Rukia although i think it was supposed to so the opposite. Dont know how to solve that problem..but it is a good wallpaper... BTW is Rukia supposed to look sad in the wall..cause it seemed that way to me??
